(1) Rule 27A. According to the sub-rule (2) of the person who has received approval letter to study higher education abroad, if he wants to avail the facility of foreign currency for such studies, he should submit an application to the Ministry of Education in the format as per Schedule-6.

(2) Sub-rule (1) If it is found that the behavior of the application is reasonable while examining the application received, the Ministry of Education will recommend the applicant to the concerned agency for the facility of foreign exchange in accordance with schedule-7.
